Auto parts division manufactures Manual Transmission parts
for both Two wheel [4x2] and Four Wheel [4x4] drives. Parts manufactured in this 100% EOU facility are finding place under the hood of world renowned Toyota vehicles sold in 7 different countries.
Auto parts manufacturing facility includes State of the art integrated die casting and machining unit and Small parts machining unit.
The Small parts machining unit is designed with sophisticated cellular type of manufacturing systems for processing of casting, forgings and steel parts. The unit is well equipped with 135 machines and manufactures 24 different types of parts.
The Integrated die casting and machining unit consists of 3 die casting machines of 1250 ton capacity each with integrated tower type furnaces and 4 machining lines consisting of 38 machines. This unit manufactures 7 different types of parts. KTTM is recognized as one of the best aluminum die casting units in India.
